About the Role
DIVINE GROW AND SOLUTION LTD is looking for a Retail & Customer Service Supervisor to support the daily operation of its retail branches. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining customer service standards, supporting stock management and ensuring the stores operate smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail activities and support the branch team.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.
- Support staff scheduling and day-to-day task allocation.
- Assist with cash handling and basic daily sales records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management when required.
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
- Identify customer needs and support opportunities to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised and responsible approach to work.
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
- Right to work in the UK.

About the Role
DIVINE GROW AND SOLUTION LTD is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to coordinate commercial performance and day-to-day operations across its retail branches. The role combines branch oversight, stock and supplier coordination, financial monitoring and business development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day commercial and operational activity across all retail branches to maintain efficient and consistent performance.
- Monitor stock control, inventory levels and supplier coordination so products remain available, wastage is reduced and supply arrangements run effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, visual presentation and operational efficiency across the branches.
- Monitor branch budgets, operating expenditure and financial performance against commercial targets and profit margins.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that support company growth, branch expansion and market presence.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders to maintain effective commercial relationships and meet operational needs.
- Ensure branches follow company policies and procedures and address operational issues promptly.
